To strengthen our Customer Service Department (CSD) in Antwerp, we are looking for a proactive Senior Internal Sales professional. In this role, you combine commercial responsibility with daily coordination and support of the Internal Sales team.

This is more than a traditional sales role. You will manage customer relationships, drive commercial follow-up, coach colleagues, and help ensure excellent customer service. Working closely with the After Sales Manager Benelux, you will play an important role in the department’s success and development.

Your role

* Act as the senior commercial contact for customers across the Benelux region.
* Manage the quotation process from inquiry to order realization.
* Proactively follow up quotations and sales opportunities.
* Increase quotation conversion and maximize order intake.
* Identify opportunities within existing customer accounts.
* Support Business Development and Key Account Managers.
* Coach and support Internal Sales colleagues.
* Coordinate daily priorities and workload within the team.
* Monitor commercial performance, margins, deliveries, and invoicing.
* Act as operational counterpart to the After Sales Manager Benelux.
* Collaborate with Workshop, Field Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments.
* Drive continuous improvements in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and team performance.
* Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and customer focus.
