<p> </p> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Senior HCM Analyst</p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Workday HCM, Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Workday Business Processes, Reporting, Dashboards, Analytics</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> 6+ years of experience.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Mexico</p> <p><strong>Mode:</strong> Hybrid</p> <p>We at Coforge are hiring <strong>Senior HCM Analyst (21612)</strong> with the following skill set.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>· Configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.</p> <p>· Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions and business processes.</p> <p>· Design, develop, and maintain reports and analytical dashboards to support business decision-making.</p> <p>· Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver enhancements and continuous improvements.</p> <p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p> <p>· 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.</p> <p>· Strong understanding of Workday business processes and core configuration.</p> <p>· Proven experience creating Workday reports and analytical dashboards.</p> <p>· Experience gathering business requirements and providing functional solutions.</p> <p>· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</p> <p>· Experience supporting HR business processes and system enhancements.</p> <p>· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p> <p>· Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.</p> <p>· Experience working in Agile delivery environments.</p> <p>· Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.</p> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <p>· Workday certifications.</p> <p>· Experience with Workday integrations and security.</p> <p>· Knowledge of additional Workday modules.</p> <p>· Experience supporting global HR operations.</p> <p>· Familiarity with HRIS best practices and process optimization.</p> <p>Posted On: 25-06-2026</p> <p>At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and qualifications and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.</p>
