In this hybrid role, you will serve as a key technical leader for design verification testing of the humanoid robots arm subsystem and components including electronics, electrical interfaces,&nbsp; actuators, sensors and end-effectors. You will own verification strategy and planning, develop robust test infrastructure, lead subsystem-level characterization, and drive improvements in test coverage, engineering rigor, and design robustness.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Work</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own the design verification strategy for the arm subsystem and&nbsp; components, including electronics, electrical interfaces, actuators, sensors, and end-effectors</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Define verification plans, coverage goals, and test protocols across the product development lifecycle</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with hardware design, systems engineering, and analysis teams to ensure requirements, testability, and verification readiness are addressed early in development</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain clear end-to-end traceability from subsystem requirements through test execution and results</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Test Development&nbsp; &amp; Execution</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and execute subsystem-level characterization and design verification testing for torso electronics</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Design automated, repeatable test setups for electrical interfaces, actuators, sensors, end-effectors, and control electronics</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build test scripts, tooling, and diagnostics to improve efficiency, repeatability, and data quality</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Continuous Improvement &amp; Technical Leadership</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead investigation of verification test failures and nonconformances, driving root cause identification and corrective actions in partnership with design teams</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify gaps in verification coverage and implement improvements in test infrastructure, processes, and standards</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Document test methods, results, and best practices to scale learning across future development cycles</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of strong engineering rigor, execution, and continuous improvement</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Experience:</strong></span></li> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Minimum of 5 years of experience in test engineering, design verification, or electrical validation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong preference for experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or other complex hardware systems</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></span></li> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Deep understanding of mechatronics verification testing, including motor controllers, electrical…
