YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGE

- Own and drive the commercial go-to-market strategy for NEURA’s robotics solutions in collaboration with strategic partners

- Develop scalable business models and market-ready commercialization strategies

- Translate complex technical concepts into commercially viable and scalable products and solutions

- Analyze win/loss patterns and derive data-driven recommendations to improve commercial performance

- Identify market opportunities and develop effective growth and monetization strategies

- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Partner teams to align commercial and product objectives

- Act as the key interface between technical and commercial stakeholders

- Support the Account Executive team in maximizing the value and success of partner-driven opportunities

- Ensure that proven and market-ready solutions are successfully launched and scaled

- Contribute to strengthening NEURA Robotics’ position as a leading global robotics company

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 7+ years of experience in Commercial Go-to-Market, Product Commercialization, Strategy, or related roles within technology-driven environments

- Proven experience bringing complex technology products to market and driving commercial adoption

- Strong business model analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable commercial and sales strategies

- Experience developing sales concepts, go-to-market frameworks, and commercialization plans

- Excellent analytical capabilities with a strong track record of turning market, customer, and competitive data into business insights

- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and business cases

- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, commercial models, and revenue optimization

- Ability to operate effectively across technical, product, and commercial teams

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach in fast-paced, high-growth environments
