Senior Graphic Designer

About this role

The Senior Graphic Designer creates the visual assets that support marketing, sales, and patient conversion across digital channels. The role needs strong design fundamentals, performance-driven creative thinking, and direct experience with beauty and aesthetics brands.
Key responsibilities

• Design email marketing templates and campaign graphics

• Create social media content for organic and paid channels

• Develop digital sales collateral, including one-pagers and promotional materials

• Design treatment briefings that clearly communicate procedures, benefits, and outcomes

• Create icons, UI elements, and supporting graphics for websites and landing pages

• Produce visual assets for video content, including overlays, thumbnails, and graphic elements

• Keep every design aligned with brand standards, compliance considerations, and conversion goals

• Work with the marketing, ads, and website teams to support launches and campaigns

Required experience

• Proven experience working in beauty and aesthetics

• Strong understanding of visual standards, trends, and compliance considerations in aesthetics

• Experience creating marketing and sales assets for conversion-driven funnels

• Ability to translate treatments and services into clear, patient-friendly visuals

Bonus experience

• Experience with plastic surgery brands

• Medical aesthetics: injectables, laser, RF, body contouring, skincare

• Familiarity with before-and-after presentation standards and treatment education materials

Compensation

• Month 1: $1,000 USD

• Month 2: $1,250 USD

• Month 3: $1,500 USD

• 90-day performance review: eligible increase to $2,500 USD per month
