This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for aSenior Graphic Designer to take full ownership of their visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints. They are a rapidly expanding global ecommerce brand in the luxury home improvement sector, recognized in recent years for their premium positioning, strong operational systems, and refined brand storytelling.
This is a senior-level, high-autonomy role designed for a designer who thrives without micromanagement. They are seeking someone with exceptional aesthetic judgment, strong technical skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into high-impact visuals across multiple platforms.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations while leading creative execution from concept to final delivery.
Responsibilities
• Develop high-end, platform-specific creatives for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other digital channels
• Design ecommerce assets including website banners, product page imagery, email templates, newsletters, and packaging visuals
• Ensure brand consistency while continuously enhancing overall creative quality and storytelling
• Create catalogues, product guides, and visual assets that clearly communicate value and positioning
• Support internal teams by designing SOPs, manuals, and instructional graphics when needed
• Introduce fresh, modern design approaches through ongoing visual experimentation
• Manage projects independently from initial concept through final execution
• Respond efficiently to feedback while balancing creative standards with business objectives
Requirements
Must-Have
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within ecommerce, lifestyle, or home-related industries
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Premiere Pro is a plus
• Strong experience designing for social media, ecommerce platforms, and digital marketing funnels
• Experience producing catalogues, SOP documentation, and product-driven creative assets
• Portfolio demonstrating originality, high standards, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Nice to Have
• Experience with Figma or foundational UI and layout knowledge
• Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Zapier, and Google Workspace
• Background in startup or high-growth environments
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within ecommerce, lifestyle, luxury, or home-related industries
• Demonstrated experience managing full creative cycles from concept to final production
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end brand work, digital campaigns, and product-focused assets
• Proven ability to balance creative excellence with business objectives
• Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments is highly valued
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
