This role helps make those moments possible by ensuring every speaker feels prepared, supported, and ready to deliver.</p> <p>As Global Event Manager, Event Content and Speaker Operations, you will own the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps our content programs moving. You’ll manage the speaker journey from confirmation through show day, lead content operations across our event portfolio, and bring structure to the many details that turn an agenda into a polished live experience.</p> <p>You’ll work across teams, systems, timelines, and time zones to keep speaker communications clear, content accurate, milestones on track, and production handoffs seamless. Just as importantly, you’ll create a thoughtful, high-touch experience for the executives, customers, employees, and partners who trust Twilio with their stories.</p> <p>This role is a great fit for someone who loves bringing order to complexity, builds trust quickly, and knows that the best event experiences are powered by both strong operations and genuine care.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>In this role, you’ll:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Own</strong> the end-to-end speaker journey across priority Global Events programs, from confirmation and onboarding through content readiness, rehearsals, onsite support, and post-event follow-up.</li> <li><strong>Serve</strong> as a trusted point of contact for executives, customers, employees, partners, and internal teams, making sure speakers know what to expect, what is needed from them, and where to go for help.</li> <li><strong>Lead </strong>content operations across flagship, regional, executive, and internal events, including call-for-sessions workflows, agenda data, session metadata, speaker records, deck tracking, reporting, and production handoffs.</li> <li><strong>Manage</strong> event content systems, ensuring approved agenda and speaker changes are reflected consistently across platforms, workbooks, dashboards, and production documents.</li> <li><strong>Build</strong> and manage clear workbacks, communications plans, milestone calendars, rehearsal schedules, templates, playbooks, and status updates that help teams stay aligned.</li> <li><strong>Partner</strong> closely with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand, Creative, Legal, Developer Network, Sales Enablement, executive offices, production partners, agencies, and the broader Global Events team.</li> <li><strong>Coordinate</strong> deck reviews, content deadlines, technical checks, rehearsals, speaker briefings, and other readiness milestones so speakers and production teams are prepared for showtime.</li> <li><strong>Lead</strong> know-before-you-go sessions, speaker communications, speaker-ready-room operations, backstage handoffs, and other onsite speaker-support workflows.</li> <li><strong>Identify</strong> risks early, solve operational issues where possible, and escalate decisions clearly when additional direction is needed.</li> <li><strong>Create</strong> a consistent, high-touch speaker experience while balancing the scale, pace, and complexity of a global event portfolio.</li> <li><strong>Provide </strong>clarity in ownership across teams by keeping speaker logistics, content operations, and readiness workflows organized through one accountable workstream.</li> <li><strong>Build</strong> scalable processes and mechanisms that can be reused across programs and supported over time by agency partners or future coordinator resources.</li> <li><strong>Lead </strong>post-event retrospectives for speaker experience and content operations, turning lessons learned into stronger workflows for future…
