In this role, you combine operational, commercial, and coordinating responsibilities within international ocean freight. You manage the full transport process from A to Z and act as the key link between internal teams and external partners. In addition, you lead a team and ensure structure, overview, and continuous process optimization.

**The position is based in Breda, so you are willing to commute to this location on a daily basis.**

Your Responsibilities

* Coordinate international deep-sea shipments (cross-trade) * Maintain contact and negotiate with shipping lines, forwarders, and suppliers * Book and follow up shipments until delivery * Manage and verify export documentation (B/Ls, L/Cs, Incoterms) * Analyze rates and optimize transport flows * Report to purchasing and sales teams * Lead and support a team (5 FTE) * Contribute to and implement improvements in operational processes

**Offer**
