Role Overview

ID.me is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a high-impact Finance team operating at the center of the business. This role spans financial planning and forecasting, business partnering across GTM and R&D, and executive and investor reporting, with direct exposure to the CFO and senior leaders across the company and real influence on how the Finance team operates.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical instincts, sharp attention to detail, and a bias toward action. They're comfortable working through ambiguity, managing multiple workstreams, and translating complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders. Equally important, they're curious about how AI and modern tooling can make financial work faster and better, and they'll actively look for opportunities to put that into practice.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Own and maintain the consolidated financial model across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to support planning and executive decision-making.

• Maintain and continuously improve forecasting models across key business areas (revenue, COGS, or OpEx), including assumption documentation, driver updates, and scenario builds.

• Support the annual operating plan (AOP) process, coordinating inputs across business units, aligning on key assumptions, and consolidating outputs for Finance leadership review.

• Support the monthly and quarterly forecasting cycle by preparing model outputs, variance commentary, and period-over-period bridges for Finance leadership review.

• Translate operational inputs (headcount changes, usage trends, pipeline movement, product timelines) into model updates and surface implications to the team.

• Support the buildout of new planning processes. Specific focus areas will include the implementation of a financial planning tool, leveraging AI to enhance existing processes, and data validation, as the Finance function scales.

Business Partnering

• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to pull, clean, and analyze pipeline and bookings data as inputs to the revenue forecast; build and maintain deal sizing models and segment-level analyses that support forecast assumptions.

• Flag anomalies or trend shifts in GTM data and bring findings to the Finance team for interpretation.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to quantify the financial impact of roadmap initiatives, new product features, and internal tooling investments.

• Translate product metrics and operational data into model inputs and financial analyses that inform R&D planning discussions.

• Serve as a responsive Finance partner for cross-functional ad hoc analysis requests, scoping work and managing timelines independently.

Reporting & Executive Deliverables

• Support regular reporting cycles including internal leadership calls, board packages, and investor materials, by owning specific data pulls, slide builds, or workstream sections.

• Prepare clean, accurate outputs that are ready for leadership review with minimal rework needed.

• Maintain consistency and integrity…
