**The Job:**

As the **Senior Finance Innovation Manager**, you’ll be part of our **Tools & Outdoor Finance** team. You’ll get to:

* Lead the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC for the Tools & Outdoor business.
* Develop and implement standardised tools, platforms, and reports that enable scalable, data-driven decision-making across the cluster.
* Drive the delivery of strategic analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
* Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, scalable, and fit for evolving business needs.
* Partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value.
* Support business growth by strengthening data capabilities across a broad international user base.
* Promote innovation, data literacy, and adoption of new technologies across the organisation.
* Translate business requirements into practical analytics and planning solutions.
* Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across reporting, analytics, and planning processes.
