• Developing articles, feature stories, case studies, event highlights and thought leadership content that engages SHRI's diverse audiences.

• Designing digital marketing assets, infographics and campaign collaterals that align with SHRI's brand identity.

• Capturing and editing photographs, videos and short-form content to support events, campaigns and digital platforms.

• Leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, editing, design and production while maintaining quality, accuracy and brand consistency.

• Working closely with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into clear, engaging and audience-appropriate communications.
2. Digital Platform Management
You will manage SHRI's digital platforms to maximise visibility, engagement and lead generation while ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience.
This includes:

• Managing and maintaining SHRI's website, ensuring content is accurate, current and user-friendly.

• Creating and updating landing pages for events, programmes and campaigns.

• Managing SHRI's social media channels and email marketing platforms.

• Monitoring website traffic, campaign performance and digital engagement using analytics tools, and recommending improvements based on insights.

• Supporting SEO, user experience optimisation and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen SHRI's online presence.

• Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and digital performance through AI, automation and emerging technologies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong candidates typically bring:

• Content creation expertise: the ability to develop compelling written, visual and multimedia content that is audience-centric, engaging and aligned with SHRI's brand.

• Digital marketing capabilities: confidence managing websites, social media, email marketing and digital campaigns, while using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

• AI fluency: demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance content creation, research, design, marketing workflows and productivity.

• Execution discipline: the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver consistently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative judgement: an eye for design, storytelling and user experience, with attention to detail and brand consistency.

• Collaboration and communication: the ability to work effectively with colleagues, vendors and stakeholders across the organisation.
Experience in marketing, communications, digital media, professional services, education or membership organisations is advantageous but not essential.
