* Lead finance workstreams within the ERP implementation project.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
* Improve finance processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
* Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors.
* Review and validate ERP functional design and configuration.
* Oversee finance data migration, testing, and system readiness.
* Support user training, business adoption, and change management.
* Ensure compliance with accounting, audit, tax, and reporting requirements.
* Drive costing, inventory, and manufacturing finance process improvements.
* Provide project updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
