In this crucial role, you will manage engineers and other leads, helping them grow while we build scalable, secure, and high-quality products with our users as the center.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You will work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to define the strategy, set priorities, and align on roadmaps. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver excellent products to our customers, prioritizing security, compliance, user experience, and reliability in a high-volume trading environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role requires deep technical and architectural understanding, with a solid previous background as a developer. While day-to-day coding is not expected, you will need to provide hands-on technical guidance and support your teams in complex situations.</span></p> <p> </p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Who You Are</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Passionate about the crypto ecosystem.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">6+ years of experience managing engineering teams, with at least 2+ years managing managers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong background in<strong> trading or investment platforms.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to scale engineering teams,optimize delivery processes, and handle high-throughput, mission-critical systems. .</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deep technical expertise in software engineering, architecture, and team building.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions,  geographies, and remote/distributed teams..</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with Git and automated CI/CD tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong ability to coordinate sizeable multidisciplinary product engineering squads.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knows how to motivate teams through practical challenges and foster psychological safety..</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience building and launching large-scale user-facing products to market.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable with modern delivery practices, including DevOps principles.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Nice to Have</span></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The following qualifications are not mandatory but would be valuable:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Crypto and trading knowledge</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You know your way around Kubernetes, GRPC,REST, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working on User Facing Products in mobile or web</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of Shape Up or similar fixed-cycle product development methodologies</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What You Will Do</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Be responsible for the team health and growth of each of its members.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify high performers that need to be…
