Role Overview
We are seeking a site-based Senior ELV Site Engineer to supervise and verify the installation, coordination, and quality of ICT and low-current systems within data center projects.
The role focuses on ensuring compliance with design intent, redundancy strategies, and mission-critical standards, while supporting multidisciplinary coordination, testing readiness, system integration, and smooth project handover.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and supervise contractor execution of ELV and ICT site works.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project standards, and design intent.
• Oversee structured cabling, fiber optic systems, copper cabling, ICT rooms, racks, and containment infrastructure.
• Review ELV shop drawings, layouts, risers, schematics, material submittals, method statements, and ITPs.
• Coordinate ELV and ICT works with MEP, CSA, security, ICT, BMS, EPMS, and commissioning teams.
• Track site progress and flag risks related to installation, access, sequencing, clashes, and testing readiness.
• Witness cable pulling, terminations, labeling, testing, and certification activities.
• Support system integration and interface coordination across ELV, ICT, BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and security systems.
• Report technical issues, progress updates, and discipline-specific risks to project leadership.
• Attend technical, coordination, and OAC meetings with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Support snagging, punch list closure, as-built verification, and final handover documentation.
• Ensure contractor compliance with quality requirements, safety standards, and approved procedures.
