Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.<br><br></p> <h3>Our Growth Story:</h3> <ul> <li>130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn - culminating in our $1.15bn acquisition by Hims &amp; Hers in 2026, giving us the platform to take long-term care global</li> <li>Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets</li> <li>Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS</li> <li>Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.</li> </ul></div><p>Following the acquisition of Eucalyptus by Hims &amp; Hers, we are building an international accounting function that can operate to the standards of a US-listed parent company.</p> <h2><strong>About the Role&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p>We are hiring a <strong>Regional Controller</strong> in Sydney to own end-to-end controllership across the Eucalyptus group and other in-scope international entities as the legal and reporting structure evolves.&nbsp;This role will lead the accounting function, including accounting operation functions such as treasury, AP, payroll, and own reporting and control environment for the international business, including local Australian reporting and reporting to US-listed parent Company.&nbsp; The role will play a key role in establishing the&nbsp; first year SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) control environment compliance program and will be responsible for ensuring the group closes accurately, reports reliably, operates with strong discipline, and meets the expectations of Hims &amp; Hers’ global accounting leadership.</p> <p>The role is both strategic and hands-on. We need someone who can set the standard for a high-quality controllership function while also being close enough to the detail to improve processes, challenge reconciliations, resolve technical accounting matters, and lift the operating rhythm of the team.</p> <h3><strong>You will own: </strong></h3> <h4><strong>Controllership and GL accounting</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close for the international group, aligned to the Hims &amp; Hers reporting calendar.</li> <li>Lead group reporting into Hims &amp; Hers, including US GAAP close requirements, consolidation inputs, flux analysis, balance sheet reviews and reporting commentary.</li> <li>Own local statutory reporting requirements across Australia and other in-scope jurisdictions, including AASB / IFRS reporting and coordination with local advisers where required.</li> <li>Lead technical accounting positions, judgements and accounting memos in partnership with Hims &amp; Hers technical accounting team, including revenue recognition, leases, intangibles, business combinations, share-based payments, intercompany, provisions and balance sheet classifications.</li> <li>Own external audit delivery for group and local statutory audits, including management of Big 4 audit relationships and timely resolution of audit issues.</li> <li>Drive alignment of accounting policies, chart of accounts, close processes and reporting standards with Hims &amp; Hers global finance requirements.</li> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing international accounting team</li> <li>Act as the primary owner for the entire regional accounting function.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Accounting operations</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own AP, AR, billing, intercompany, reconciliations and finance operations across the international group.</li> <li>Improve process discipline across vendor onboarding, purchase orders, accruals, expense management, invoice approvals, customer receipts and balance sheet hygiene.</li> <li>Lead the payroll accounting interface with the People team across relevant jurisdictions.</li> <li>Drive process and systems improvements as the business transitions into Hims &amp; Hers’ operating cadence.</li> <li>Build a finance operations environment that is scalable, controlled and fit for a listed-company subsidiary.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Treasury</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own cash management g and banking operations for the international group.</li> <li>Manage operational FX exposures across intercompany and external flows.</li> <li>Partner with Hims &amp; Hers Group Treasury on cash visibility, bank account governance, funding requirements, intercompany settlement and treasury controls.</li> <li>Drive working capital discipline across receivables, payables, inventory and operational cash cycles.</li> <li>Ensure treasury processes are appropriately documented, controlled and embedded in…
