As the "engineers behind the engineers," we handle a diverse set of tasks from across the DevOps spectrum. In this role, you will work in many contexts, using a variety of tools and technologies to remove obstacles and keep the engineering organization moving efficiently and effectively. We are a small, nimble team making an outsized impact.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Your day to day</strong></p> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build and maintain secure, scalable, HIPAA- and HITRUST-compliant infrastructure on multiple cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Contribute to DevOps architecture best practices and support the direction for CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to design robust infrastructure solutions.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Python-based scripts to automate testing, validation, and deployment workflows.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, and self-hosted).</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Implement monitoring and observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Support the design, implementation, and adoption of our custom Python- and cloud-based deployment platform with an eye toward continuous delivery.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Promote best practices within the team and across the organization.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure reliability and scalability.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Continuously improve automation, monitoring, and security practices.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Support and share knowledge with team members on DevOps best practices.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to our architecture.</li> </ul> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>What you bring to the team</strong></p> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1…
