The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in these areas and a strong commitment to delivering innovative and effective solutions. As a critical member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer engagement, support, and financial processes.</p> <p><strong>Why it’s a big deal…<br></strong>Senior Salesforce Engineer will help us design and deliver solutions for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products. The intention is to recommend the best solution for a given set of requirements and articulate the trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another. Leading technical design sessions and writing design documents by managing the delivery of integrations and custom extensions will be most critical. This person should also be current with the latest Salesforce features, Service Cloud capabilities, FinancialForce, functionality, and industry best practices.</p> <p><strong>Are you the person we’re looking for?</strong></p> <p><strong>Related experience.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>You should have 5 to 8 yrs experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture to create tailored solutions along with hands-on in design, customize, and optimize Salesforce Communities to create engaging, user-centric, and brand-aligned community experiences for diverse stakeholders. Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash processes, preferably with Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, Salesforce CPQ, or similar platforms.</strong></p> <p><strong>Salesforce Integration and Implementation.</strong> You should be hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments and strong expertise in Sales Cloud, including Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting, Pipeline, Account, Contact, and revenue operations processes.</p> <p><strong>Testing and Technical Documentation.</strong> You should be experienced in conducting thorough testing of developed solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with user expectations and business needs and creating technical documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and best practice guidelines.</p> <p><strong>Success Metrics.</strong></p> <ul> <li>Improved Salesforce scalability, transaction performance, automation reliability, and platform stability. </li> <li>Reduction in technical debt, duplicate automation, legacy code, unused metadata, and unmanaged customizations. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Stronger alignment of Salesforce roadmap to revenue outcomes, including pipeline velocity, quote turnaround time, forecast accuracy, renewal visibility, and customer lifecycle efficiency. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Predictable release execution with fewer production defects and stronger architectural governance. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Improved stakeholder satisfaction across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Support, and IT. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Education. </strong>A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.</p> <p><strong>Here’s what will give you an edge…</strong></p> <p><strong>Certifications.</strong><strong> </strong>Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant, and FinancialForce certifications, are a plus.</p> <p><strong>Quality oriented. </strong>You rarely make mistakes because you have good processes in place to ensure that every detail is correct.
