**Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain software components using **.NET Framework** and **.NET Core**.
* Design scalable technical solutions in collaboration with the architecture team.
* Provide technical coaching and mentorship to team members to foster excellence.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development best practices.
* Translate functional requirements into technical solutions alongside business analysts.
* Optimize system performance while ensuring security and maintainability.
* Evaluate and integrate new technologies aligned with business objectives.
