SENIOR DATA SPECIALIST - SALESFORCE

The Senior Data Specialist will lead the design, development, and optimization of data solutions within Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems. This role combines strong development skills, data engineering expertise, and integration architecture to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data-driven solutions within Salesforce environments.

• Build and maintain data integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.

• Develop and optimize data models, data pipelines, and transformation logic.

• Implement REST/SOAP API integrations for system interoperability.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across platforms.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and integration issues.

• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and data migration activities.

• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices.

• Contribute to automation and improvement of data workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or Salesforce development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development.

• Proven experience in system integrations and API development.

• Strong understanding of data structures, databases, and data modeling.

• Experience working in Agile and enterprise environments.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Technical Skills

• Salesforce development (strong expertise required)

• REST and SOAP API integrations

• Data engineering and transformation logic

• JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)

• SQL and relational database management

• Integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Kafka, or similar)

• Data modeling and ETL concepts

• Version control: Git / GitHub / GitLab

• Agile tools such as Jira

• Cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services / Azure
