In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and workflows that support our analytics and data-driven products.</p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Develop</strong>, schedule, and monitor data pipelines using Apache Airflow.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Collaborate</strong> with data analysts, scientists, and engineering teams to ensure reliable data delivery.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Optimize</strong> ETL processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Maintain</strong> and improve data architecture, ensuring data integrity and security.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Troubleshoot</strong> and resolve pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Provide technical leadership</strong> and guidance in the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Document architectural decisions</strong>, strategies, and implementation guidelines for future reference.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Lead by example</strong>, promoting engineering excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Coach</strong> and upskill team members by providing technical guidance, pair programming, design reviews, and knowledge sharing.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Strong communication</strong> and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels of the organization.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical delivery with mentoring and team enablement.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Excellent problem-solving skills</strong>, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong data-start="173" data-end="187">Curiosity:</strong> You are always looking for innovative solutions for your clients.
