As a member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the requirements gathering, design, implementation and delivery of reporting and analytics capabilities for Customer Success and Digital Solutions. You will be comfortable working across a wide variety of people including senior executive leadership, analysts, program management, and technical team members.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p class="p2"> </p> <p class="p2"><strong>Here are some of the ways in which you’ll achieve impact:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li3">Drive the development of efficient and reliable reporting and analytics capabilities with a data as a product and customer-first mindset.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li class="li3">Advance the transition of users from legacy means of accessing information to the future state strategies of data enablement and self-service with applied analytics.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li class="li2">Design and maintain internal SDKs, dashboards and reusable data libraries that enable stakeholders, analysts and engineers to access curated datasets with consistency and confidence.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li class="li3">Champion a developer-experience mindset by gathering feedback from SDK consumers, iterating on interfaces, and providing documentation and onboarding resources that scale knowledge across the team<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li class="li3">Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate SDK, Dashboards, and analytics via Palantir.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li class="li3">Create presentation/visualization of data to see beyond the numbers while transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li class="li3">Identify, adopt, and evangelize data analysis best practices and technical standards.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li class="li3">Advocate for and identify creative implementations to optimize business impact.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li class="li3">Empower others to grow understanding of the complexity of data by creatively scaling how teams’ knowledge is shared and applied<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li class="li2">Help identify better practices, tools, and relevant trends that can improve data quality across the business.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> </ul> <p class="p4"> </p> <p class="p2"><strong>You may be a fit for this role if you have:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li5">7+ years of industry experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Professional serving…
