About Unity Advisory
Unity Advisory is a modern advisory business built for today's CFO, with connected solutions across finance, deals and tax. Focussed on client outcomes, seasoned experts lead every engagement, in an operating model powered by AI and free from audit conflict.

Working closely with our Partners, you’ll shape our offering, develop the team and win new work.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of corporate tax clients, leading advisory engagements and overseeing compliance delivery.
- Advise on corporate structuring, reorganisations and tax planning, bringing in international and specialist expertise where needed.
- Embed AI, automation and data analysis into delivery, improving efficiency and quality while maintaining rigorous technical review.
- Lead technical reviews and manage complex tax issues, risks and HMRC enquiries.
- Work with M&A Tax and Deals colleagues on transactions and post-deal integration.
- Grow client relationships, identify opportunities across Unity and lead proposals and pitches.
- Develop Managers and junior colleagues, taking responsibility for engagement quality, budgets and profitability.
Qualifications and experience
- Strong UK corporate tax expertise, with a track record of leading complex engagements and advising senior clients.
- Confidence using digital tools and a practical interest in applying AI and automation to tax work, including helping others adopt new approaches.
- CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, with substantial relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience owning client portfolios, reviewing technical work and leading teams within an advisory or accountancy firm.
- Evidence of winning work, developing relationships and turning technical issues into clear commercial advice.
- Initiative and sound judgement, with the ambition to help build a growing practice.
