How should we govern and organize for data? Which strategic programs deliver the most impact?</li> <li><strong>Solve complex problems:</strong> Break down ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable recommendations using structured frameworks, enriched by Artefact's data and AI expertise.</li> <li><strong>Deliver end-to-end engagements:</strong> Support projects from hypothesis framing and market/competitor analysis to client workshops, governance design, and implementation roadmaps with the technical team.</li> <li><strong>Engage senior stakeholders:</strong> Collaborate closely with C-level executives and business unit leaders, building trusted relationships and ensuring strategic alignment throughout engagements.</li> <li><strong>Build knowledge and offerings: </strong>Contribute to the growth of Artefact's Belgium office by shaping new service offerings, creating intellectual capital (frameworks, thought pieces, benchmarks), and supporting business development efforts.</li> <li><strong>Contribute to thought leadership: </strong>Publish insights, participate in industry events, and help position Artefact Belgium as a leading voice on AI and data transformation.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's and Master's degree (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; an excellent academic track record is highly valued.</li> <li>Approximately 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, data/digital consulting, or a related field (including internships or business analyst roles).</li> <li>A dual affinity for business and technology — you enjoy solving complex problems and can approach challenges in a structured, strategic way.</li> <li>Familiarity with data and digital technologies (e.g. analytics, AI, machine learning concepts, digital marketing, cloud platforms); you don't need to be a programmer, but you should be tech-savvy and eager to grow in the data/AI domain.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating impactful presentations and reports for senior audiences.</li> <li>Proficiency in English and French or Dutch is required; additional languages are a plus.</li> <li>You must be eligible to work in Belgium.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation aligned with your expertise and experience.</li> <li>A unique positioning at the crossroads of boardroom-level strategy and cutting-edge AI — not a traditional…
