The right candidate is someone who has deep curiosity and expertise in designing and building applications, creating AI-first software solutions, and is passionate about working with our customers, partners, and colleagues to drive innovation forward.</p> <p>Your mission will be to work alongside Caylent’s Software teams, Sales, and Project Managers to deliver AWS solutions across our diverse and forward-thinking customer base. You’ll be hands-on with the latest technologies and support customers looking to bring cutting-edge ideas to market.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Assignment </strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate as a member of software development teams to deliver AI-first, production-ready client software solutions.</li> <li>Work with the Lead Architect to review technical requirements, contribute to technical decision making, and deliver working software to clients.</li> <li>Participate in discovery sessions to gather customer requirements.</li> <li>Follow architecture decisions and adhere to the solution design created by the Lead Architect.</li> <li>Create, automate, and refine multiple levels of AI-driven testing.</li> <li>Collaborate with lead software architects, project managers, peers, and leaders to deliver value to clients.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Qualifications </strong></p> <p>Core Consulting Qualifications </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>Customer Experience </em></span></p> <ul> <li>Deliver exceptional client experiences, respond professionally to customer inquiries, communicate project status, and provide valuable  solutions aligned to client needs. </li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>Collaboration </em></span></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate strong collaboration with internal teams, proactively aligning on priorities,  responding to clients, and addressing client feedback. </li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>Communication </em></span></p> <ul> <li>Communicate technical information clearly and actively listen to clients and team members to confirm understanding and prevent miscommunication. </li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Technical Qualifications </strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity and experience with AWS cloud services.</li> <li>Experience with more than one backend language such as Python, Node.js, C#, or TypeScript; and familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, MVC, or .NET.
