This role partners with customers to help establish the processes, governance, and operational practices required to successfully adopt and optimize elluminate across clinical data management, analytics, and regulatory use cases.</p> <p>This position combines product expertise, business process consulting, and customer enablement, with a focus on driving adoption, operational readiness, and customer success.</p> <p><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun">Accelerate your skills and career within a fast-growing company while </span><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun">impacting</span><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun"> the future of healthcare.</span><span data-ccp-charstyle="eop"> </span></span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Your day to day:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><strong>Customer Enablement & Transition</strong> <ul> <li>Support customer transition activities from implementation or managed services into a more self-sufficient operating model</li> <li>Assist in assessing customer readiness across people, process, governance, and technology</li> <li>Contribute to transition plans and customer success milestones</li> <li>Guide customer teams on elluminate usage, workflows, and operational best practices</li> <li>Deliver customer enablement sessions and knowledge transfer activities</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Business Process & Operational Consulting</strong> <ul> <li>Advise customers on operational processes and responsibilities related to elluminate ownership and usage</li> <li>Support governance processes for data ingestion, quality, access, and analytics consumption</li> <li>Assist in the development of SOPs, playbooks, and internal documentation aligned to elluminate workflows</li> <li>Help align elluminate capabilities with customer business objectives and clinical data strategies</li> <li>Engage effectively with different user persons (clinical data managers, medical monitors, clinical scientists, and study teams) to drive workflow adoption and operational alignment.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Product & Platform Expertise</strong> <ul> <li>Develop strong expertise in elluminate functionality, configuration options, and recommended usage patterns</li> <li>Translate platform capabilities into practical business processes and user guidance</li> <li>Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to share customer feedback and adoption insights</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Value Realization & Adoption</strong> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities for customers to expand or deepen use of elluminate capabilities</li> <li>Define KPIs and success metrics to measure customer maturity and independence</li> <li>Proactively mitigate adoption risks and identify gaps in customer capability or understanding</li> <li>Support renewal and expansion conversations through demonstrated value realization</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional…
