This role focuses on understanding business processes, documenting requirements, analyzing API integrations, and working with SQL to validate and troubleshoot data.</p> <p data-start="899" data-end="1121">We're looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with engineering teams, documenting workflows, analyzing data, and ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.</p> <h2 data-section-id="18w7bso" data-start="1123" data-end="1146">Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-start="1148" data-end="1876"> <li data-section-id="1s43gwp" data-start="1148" data-end="1216">Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.</li> <li data-section-id="1azoqfi" data-start="1217" data-end="1294">Create clear process flows, workflow diagrams, and technical documentation.</li> <li data-section-id="ukd0aq" data-start="1295" data-end="1365">Analyze REST API documentation and understand how systems integrate.</li> <li data-section-id="ndtrsm" data-start="1366" data-end="1455">Write SQL queries to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and support business analysis.</li> <li data-section-id="xfw04k" data-start="1456" data-end="1549">Read and understand relational database structures to investigate and validate information.</li> <li data-section-id="7qfesj" data-start="1550" data-end="1674">Work closely with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation.</li> <li data-section-id="18f9c29" data-start="1675" data-end="1765">Support testing efforts by validating data and confirming business requirements are met.</li> <li data-section-id="18thaor" data-start="1766" data-end="1876">Communicate technical concepts and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="htanpl" data-start="1878" data-end="1893">Requirements</h2> <ul data-start="1895" data-end="2603"> <li data-section-id="1mvvj7m" data-start="1895" data-end="2034"><strong data-start="1897" data-end="1910">5+ years</strong> of experience as a <strong data-start="1930" data-end="2004">Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst</strong>, or a similar technical role.</li> <li data-section-id="10tjdpv" data-start="2035" data-end="2122">Strong SQL skills with the ability to write queries for data validation and analysis.</li> <li data-section-id="1nslmf3" data-start="2123" data-end="2200">Experience reading database schemas and understanding relational databases.</li> <li data-section-id="v3n1lk" data-start="2201" data-end="2277">Experience with REST APIs and the ability to interpret API documentation.</li> <li data-section-id="c1ndfi" data-start="2278" data-end="2362">Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation.</li> <li data-section-id="1pjy38j" data-start="2363" data-end="2413">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li data-section-id="1sifzso" data-start="2414" data-end="2512">Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.</li> <li data-section-id="81l3m3" data-start="2513" data-end="2562">Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li> <li data-section-id="6mqkyz" data-start="2563" data-end="2603">Advanced English (written and spoken).</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="17i1yw5" data-start="2605" data-end="2620">Nice to Have</h2> <ul data-start="2622" data-end="2990"> <li data-section-id="sbsaqe" data-start="2622" data-end="2698">Experience with BI tools…
