**Responsibilities**
* Analyze existing time management and post-payroll processes within the SAP S/4HANA system to identify functional gaps. * Translate new regulatory requirements regarding social data transfers and payroll tax declarations into concrete business specifications. * Organize and facilitate workshops with HR, IT, and external partners to align project goals and gather requirements. * Draft detailed functional specifications and coordinate technical adaptations with development teams. * Define the overall testing strategy and supervise the execution of functional and user acceptance tests. * Manage the change process by guiding internal teams through the implementation of new data-driven reporting mechanisms.
