Depending on your location, different work environments are supported: Hybrid in Tampa, FL and Fargo, ND, or Remote across the rest of the U.S. and Canada.<br><br></span><span class="s7"><strong>Target Start Date</strong>: </span><span class="s6">July 2026</span></p> <p class="s15"> </p> <p class="s15"><strong>What Your Day Will Look Like:</strong></p> <ul> <li class="s15"><span class="s10"><strong>Solution Delivery</strong>: </span><span class="s11">Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.</span></li> <li class="s18"><span class="s10"><strong>Functional</strong> <strong>Design</strong>: </span><span class="s11">Translate business needs into functional solutions that leverage BC’s core capabilities with minimal customization.</span></li> <li class="s18"><span class="s10"><strong>Client</strong> <strong>Engagement</strong>: </span><span class="s11">Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and user training to ensure successful adoption and high client satisfaction.</span></li> <li class="s18"><span class="s10"><strong>Cross</strong>-<strong>Functional</strong> <strong>Collaboration</strong>: </span><span class="s11">Work closely with technical, development, and project management teams to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions.</span></li> <li class="s18"><span class="s10"><strong>Continuous</strong> <strong>Improvement</strong>: </span><span class="s11">Contribute to the evolution of Enavate’s delivery methodology and industry-specific solution templates.</span></li> </ul> <p class="s20"><strong><span class="s16">Here's What It Takes to Be Successful in This Role:</span></strong></p> <div class="s18"> <ul> <li><span class="s10"><strong>Experience</strong>:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span class="s11">Proven experience of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV solutions in a consulting or partner environment.</span></li> <li><span class="s10"><strong>Functional</strong> <strong>Expertise</strong>: </span><span class="s11">Strong understanding of core BC modules — financials, inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, or project accounting.</span></li> <li><span class="s10"><strong>Industry</strong> <strong>Knowledge</strong>: </span><span class="s11">Solid experience supporting clients in manufacturing, distribution, and/or professional services verticals.</span></li> <li><span class="s10"><strong>Communication</strong> <strong>& Leadership</strong>: </span><span class="s11">Excellent facilitation, documentation, and client relationship management skills; able to guide business users and manage expectations.</span></li> <li><span class="s10"><strong>Technical</strong>…
