Senior Backend Engineer – Java & Event-based Architecture

**Responsibilities**

* Design and implement scalable backend components and APIs within an event-based architecture.
* Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to translate product requirements into robust technical solutions.
* Maintain high standards for code quality, observability, and operational excellence across all services.
* Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle from initial analysis to production monitoring and support.
* Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to ensure stable deployments.
* Coach team members and drive the adoption of engineering best practices within the development team.
