You will work in one of three squads—Payments, Disbursements, or GRC—to build secure, high‑performance backend services handling payments, compliance, and disbursements. You will design scalable cloud‑native solutions using Python, REST, and Kubernetes, collaborate with product and compliance teams, and mentor junior developers in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
