We are seeking someone to join our team who can generate insights across our international partnerships, conceptualize & test new products, and support existing partnerships . DashPass is one of DoorDash’s fastest growing & largest products, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the company at large.</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>As a Senior Associate on the DashPass Partnerships S&O team, you will own the ideation and execution of key international strategic partnerships to drive DashPass adoption and long-term growth. The role will focus specifically on optimizing our acquisition funnel, driving strategic growth actions, and developing our go-to-market strategy for new international partnership opportunities.</p> <p>You will report into the Associate Manager on our DashPass Partnerships team.</p> <h2><strong>You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Strategize -</strong> Develop sound strategic thinking about how to work closely with partners and leverage customer-first thinking. You'll identify emerging trends and successful international partnership strategies, determine when to scale, and know when it is time to pivot. Take inspiration from real-life use cases to reflect our consumers’ needs and wants.</li> <li><strong>Experiment -</strong> Own and operationalize data-driven experiments across everything from promotional campaigns to net new in-app creative assets, optimizing for what resonates with our consumers. </li> <li><strong>Analyze - </strong>Assess the operational and financial impacts of your initiatives, using insights to iterate. You’ll be expected to self-serve the data required, empowering you to dive deep into performance metrics and continuously identify new opportunities to enhance the consumer experience.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate - </strong>Partner with a variety of internal teams across Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Finance to execute on plans. Launch in-app merchandising for campaigns backed by media and CRM. Build relationships with external partners to collaborate and optimize the customer experience to reach ambitious business goals</li> </ul> <h2><strong>We’re excited about you because…</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>You’re a strategic thinker</strong> and are comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to make decisions. You have experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel.</li> <li><strong>You’re able to manage multiple concurrent projects</strong>, stay organized, and prioritize your time effectively.</li> <li><strong>You have strong cross-functional skills</strong> and have experience with projects spanning multiple teams and can align on mutual goals.</li> <li><strong>You have strong communication skills</strong> and have collaborated with external partners in the past </li> <li><strong>You have experience with international partnerships</strong>, or other global growth projects</li> <li><strong>You have a strong attention to detail</strong>, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and the tenacity to solve many disparate problems for multiple stakeholders at once. </li> <li><strong>You have 2-3 years experience</strong> in operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, marketing, high-growth or early-stage startup or related experience. </li> <li><strong>You have a Bachelor's Degree </strong>in business, marketing, or a related field.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Notice Regarding Use of AI and Automated Tools: </strong>To streamline our hiring process, DoorDash utilizes an automated recruitment tool called Gem.</p> <p><strong>How it works: </strong>Gem assists our recruiting team by evaluating job related qualifications and characteristics in connection with hiring.
