Given the scale of our key partners, this role is a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in every market in which we operate. </p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>The Senior Associate role on the Mid Market pod of our Enterprise Account Management Restaurants team is responsible for the management & performance of all of the strategic Enterprise Merchant accounts within an individual book of business. On our Mid Market pod, this is typically an average of 6 total Merchant accounts, but can vary in total count based on total GMV and strategic importance to DoorDash.</p> <p>Success in this role is measured in a few ways for this role:</p> <ul> <li>It is measured through various metric-based Enterprise goals that are focused on driving product saturation in a partnership (i.e. store activations, product adoption, etc).</li> <li>It is measured in the strength of the partnership via Merchant sales, strategic initiatives, and a Merchant’s depth of investment into the partnership.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Execute the day-to-day off premise strategy for our largest Restaurant clients</li> <li>Use data and insights to sell DoorDash product suite into strategic clients</li> <li>Serve as the liaison between our clients and DoorDash management, product, support, marketing, and operations teams</li> <li>Develop & foster partner relationships with C-suite as well as strategy, marketing, and operations leads to provide a best-in-class partnership</li> <li>Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with partners to deepen relationship, review performance, and develop forward-looking strategies</li> <li>Uncover the needs and wants of merchants, prioritize them by impact on the business, and work to co-create solutions</li> <li>Drive forward operational improvement with your partners to ensure that together we are delivering the best experience for DoorDash customers</li> </ul> <h2><strong>We’re excited about you because…</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You love working directly with clients; you create and maintain long-term relationships</li> <li>You are a problem solver at core, with a strong bias for action</li> <li>You are passionate about using analytics to build insights around problems and opportunities</li> <li>You like rolling up your sleeves as much as you like the big picture</li> <li>You’re comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts; we move quick and are defining an entire industry</li> <li>You know how to take very broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidance</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 32px;"><strong>Compensation<br></strong></span></p> <p>Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. </p> <p>In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for sales commission.
