This high-impact role sits at the intersection of product and partnership, working closely with the largest asset and wealth management platforms. Focusing on the product lifecycle and ongoing support for our asset manager segment — this role is helping transform the way the wealth channel accesses Private Markets.</p> <p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>Fund Origination & Onboarding</strong></p> <p class="x_x_MsoNormal">Serve as an embedded resource within the Origination team, managing the end-to-end process for new fund launches:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Engage proactively with incremental GP relationships to expand the platform pipeline</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Advise on fund structures, terms, and positioning based on competitive intelligence and target client base</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Collect and synthesize competitive intelligence — fundraising, fees, structures — from databases, Sales, and wealth management channels</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Contribute to product approval materials and review fund legal documents</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Establish and manage cross-functional working groups (Investments, Operations, Tax, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, Finance, Technology) to ensure on-time fund launches</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Assist with due diligence coordination — investor Q&A, meetings with investment teams, and approval processes</li> </ul> <p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>Asset Manager Relationship Management</strong></p> <p class="x_x_MsoNormal">Provide dedicated support for CAIS's asset manager relationships, delivering a consistent and high-quality manager experience:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Serve as primary point of contact for asset manager relationships across the platform</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Conduct dashboard and reporting training, sales pipeline education, and advisor-facing teach-in programs</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Drive adoption of self-service marketing, sales, and operational tools</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Coordinate with Sales teams on regional events, roadshows, and manager engagement activities</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Manage escalations and navigate across CAIS teams to resolve operational and client experience issues</li> </ul> <p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>Investment Product Management</strong></p> <p class="x_x_MsoNormal">Own the product strategy, lifecycle, and cross-functional execution for new and emerging investment structures on the CAIS platform:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Lead product strategy and roadmap development for net-new investment structures, including SMAs, ETF solutions, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), Exchange Funds (XF), long/short tax strategies, and other emerging structures</li> <li class="x_x_MsoNormal">Drive new product introduction and operationalization from concept through launch</li> <li…
