Learn more at www.coreweave.com.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <p>CoreWeave is seeking an exceptional Sr Analyst, RevOps - Field Planning and Performance. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategic insight — ideal for someone passionate about uncovering what drives high performance in a sales organization and turning that insight into action.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Sales Enablement, Data Engineering and Finance to analyze sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the execution of strategic initiatives across the funnel.</p> <p>This is a pivotal moment for CoreWeave, as we scale our revenue operations infrastructure to support our trajectory as a newly public AI hyperscaler. You will bring enterprise-grade operational rigor to our Global FIeld Organization while maintaining the startup mindset, agility, and innovation that defines CoreWeave.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Contribute to the development of GTM strategies for new product launches or market entries</li> <li>Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics across segments, verticals, and geographies</li> <li>Identify performance gaps at the rep, team, and regional level, and propose data-backed recommendations</li> <li>Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs that drive accountability</li> <li>Support territory and quota planning, coverage optimization, and segmentation strategies</li> <li>Conduct win/loss analysis, pipeline conversion studies, and sales cycle analysis to inform GTM motions</li> <li>Provide strategic insights for QBRs, forecast reviews, and executive reporting</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales Enablement to identify rep skill gaps and training opportunities based on performance data</li> <li>Use AI tools (LLMs, AI copilots, workflow automation) to accelerate analysis, reporting, and forecasting, and help build a next-generation, AI-driven RevOps function.</li> <li>Build and maintain predictive forecasting and long-range revenue models, not just review forecasts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in a GTM, strategy, business operations, or related analytics role.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, BI tools</li> <li>Experience working with CRM and sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, HighSpot, etc.).</li> <li>Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present them clearly.</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Experience in management consulting, PE, B2B SaaS, Cloud, or a high-growth technology company is a plus.</li> <li>Bias to action in a fast-moving,  hyper-growth environment.</li> <li>High agency: you own outcomes, not tasks.
