What is The Role

The Business Transformation Office (BTO) partners with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to simplify how Elastic operates and help our global go-to-market organization scale.

As a Business Transformation Program Analyst, you will support projects from intake through delivery, coordinating Salesforce enhancement requests, gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and partnering with business stakeholders and IT to deliver scalable solutions.

What You'll Do


Coordinate the end-to-end intake, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce enhancement requests.


Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and clarify business needs.


Serve as the primary liaison between Revenue Operations and IT delivery teams.


Track project timelines, action items, risks, and key operational metrics.
