Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior AI Video Editor whose mission is to produce high-performing direct-response video ads by combining strong DTC editing fundamentals with Generative AI.

You’ll blend traditional editing with AI-generated video, image, voice, and audio assets to create conversion-focused ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, while continuously exploring new AI workflows to increase creative quality, speed, and scale.

• Produce high-volume direct-response video ads optimized for paid placements across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Generate, enhance, and manipulate video, image, voice, and audio assets using modern Generative AI tools.

• Seamlessly integrate AI-generated media with UGC, product footage, and traditional timeline-based editing while maintaining high quality standards.

• Create multiple variants per concept, experimenting with hooks, angles, pacing, structures, and AI-generated assets.

• Leverage AI to accelerate creative production and develop new approaches to generating scenes, B-roll, voiceovers, product visuals, and creative variations.

• Translate performance insights into concrete editing decisions, iterating quickly based on CTR, CVR, retention, and ROAS.

• Build clear DTC narratives including problem/solution, demo, testimonial, comparison, educational, and objection-handling formats.

• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and other teams, proactively proposing new creative and AI-driven approaches.

• Explore automated and programmatic video workflows that can help scale creative production.

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, including social media, paid advertising, or DTC/eCommerce creative.

• Advanced professional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong working knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Proven hands-on experience using Generative AI for video production, including tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or comparable platforms.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video editing and clear examples of AI-generated content integrated into finished work.

• Strong understanding of direct-response and social-first editing techniques, including hooks, pacing, retention, and clarity-first storytelling.

• Strong visual storytelling fundamentals, including narrative structure, typography, color, and audio.

• Ability to experiment with emerging AI tools and quickly turn new capabilities into practical creative workflows.

• Ability to maintain a high quality bar while working at speed and volume.

• Strong sense of ownership, organization, and reliability.
Nice to Have

• Familiarity with programmatic video editing tools or frameworks such as FFmpeg, Python/MoviePy, Remotion, Shotstack, or Creatomate.

• Basic knowledge of Python/JavaScript, APIs, JSON, or automation tools such as n8n or Make.
