• Drive strategic partnerships with clients by applying knowledge of their products and objectives, supporting organic growth opportunities through a strong understanding of PME capabilities and attention to buying signals

• Partner with the Project Management Team to execute projects from initiation through close, developing and managing creative briefs, client scope statements, and monitoring overall project scope

• Provide oversight and consultation to Account Managers on project execution, supervising projects to ensure tactical and strategic goals are met, and providing final approval on all deliverables

• Lead and actively participate in strategic brainstorming sessions and annual planning

• Execute client status meetings, prepare all meeting materials and follow-up items, and develop and communicate status reports to management and clients

• Monitor and manage project-related risks and issues in partnership with the project manager, resolving and escalating to the client when needed

• Provide invoicing information, budget status updates, peer-to-peer channel insights and recommendations to clients as requested

• Assist the business owner with proposal creation, budget development in partnership with finance and project managers, and other strategic work as delegated by the Account Director

• Follow all policies, procedures, industry standards, and compliance guidelines, ensuring team members’ adherence
