You excel at staying alert, communicating clearly, and responding calmly in any situation. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, you take pride in monitoring systems, conducting routine checks, and ensuring every employee, patient, and product remains protected.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p>As a Part-Time Security Officer at our Curaleaf cultivation facility, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Protect the facility by walking the property, checking buildings, equipment, and access points, and making sure all doors and gates are locked and secure</li> <li>Watch surveillance cameras and other security systems to spot any issues or unusual activity</li> <li>Check and maintain security equipment by doing routine tests, making small adjustments, reporting problems, and helping evaluate new tools or technology</li> <li>Control access by greeting and authorizing employees, visitors, and deliveries entering or leaving the facility</li> <li>Investigate concerns and report anything suspicious to the Security Manager or local police as needed</li> <li>Respond to alarms quickly and follow established procedures to keep everyone safe</li> <li>Complete accurate reports and keep records up to date, making sure all documentation is clear and turned in on time</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have a valid driver’s license for the state where you are applying</li> <li>You are at least 25 years old</li> <li>You have previous experience in security, safety, law enforcement, or the military</li> <li>You know how to stay calm, communicate clearly, and de-escalate conflicts in everyday or emergency situations</li> <li>You have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent</li> <li>You can work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Even Better If:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559683":0,"335559684":-2,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="auto">You have at least 2 years of experience in safety or security, law enforcement, or military background, along with training and certification in First Aid and CPR</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559683":0,"335559684":-2,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="auto">You’ve been trained in non-violent communication, conflict de-escalation, and assertiveness, equipping you to handle both typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively</span><span…
