With a key focus on engineering and automation, this role focuses on implementing strategic solutions to security problems, providing a secure environment for our customers and colleagues to operate in without large operational overheads. Ranging from DevSecOps practices implementing security controls as code to policy-based controls across our network or identity environments.</p> <p><strong>Your EDGE Assignment/You Will</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li data-section-id="limtrx" data-start="188" data-end="322">Operate as a core member of the Security team and act as a subject matter expert for Axi in partnership with Axi strategic partners.</li> <li data-section-id="1rlr4uv" data-start="323" data-end="457">Keep abreast of and play a hands on, investigative role in security incidents providing essential information to key control points.</li> <li data-section-id="1t9gfvh" data-start="458" data-end="549">Drive improvements in threat intelligence capabilities aligned to industry best practice.</li> <li data-section-id="w428cz" data-start="550" data-end="743">Research security trends and emerging technologies, identify our business and technical requirements, perform technical evaluation and support deployment of multi-regional security solutions.</li> <li data-section-id="16zgax3" data-start="744" data-end="898">Review implementation of security controls and evaluate effectiveness, make recommendations for improvements, and execute against those recommendations.</li> <li data-section-id="1lqthxm" data-start="899" data-end="1032">Play a key role in projects through design, pilot, and deployment for new security solutions across multivendor cloud environments.</li> <li data-section-id="1vwhpnt" data-start="1033" data-end="1138">Take a leading role in specific projects aligned to key skillsets ensuring delivery to a high standard.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Are you the one?</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Engineering, or Security Operations</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)</li> <li>Experience managing Azure security services including Azure Firewall, NSG, DDoS Protection, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)</li> <li>Strong understanding of cloud security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC 2</li> <li>Experience with SIEM and SOAR platforms for security monitoring and incident response</li> <li>Proven experience in threat hunting, threat intelligence, security incident investigation, and remediation</li> <li>Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and securing CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure during security incidents</li> <li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills</li> <li>Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous security improvement.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Experience with security automation and orchestration</li> <li>Exposure to AI-assisted security tools such as Microsoft Security Copilot or Microsoft Copilot for Security</li> <li>Experience leveraging AI-driven threat hunting and incident investigation capabilities</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Axi's bag of delights</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Competitive and attractive compensation.</li> <li>Extensive learning opportunities, including professional certifications and continuous development.</li> <li>18 annual leave days and 12 sick leave days per year.</li> <li>Public holidays as declared by the local government.</li> <li>Maternity leave as per applicable laws.</li> <li>Comprehensive health insurance coverage.</li> <li>Opportunity to work with global teams and modern, large-scale trading platforms</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Axi's interview journey</strong></p> <ul> <li>Talent Acquisition Round (45 Minutes)</li> <li>Technical Interview (1…
