Requirements

• Required – Technical Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or Quality Engineering.

• 3+ years of experience leading teams as an SDET Lead, QA Lead, or similar role.

• Experience with test automation using Java, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control.

Experience testing event-driven middleware systems —MQ (IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or Kafka)

Balanced expertise in Java and REST Assured (equally important for this team).

API and Message Queue testing experience.

Leadership and communication skills.

Onshore-offshore coordination and stakeholder interaction.

Automation strategy and project ownership.
Nice to Have (Technical Skills)

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with JMeter, Gatling, or performance testing tools.

• Knowledge of microservices architectures.

Responsibilities (Key Activities)

• Lead QA and test automation teams.

• Define and execute automated testing strategies.

• Design and maintain automation frameworks.

• Ensure test automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.

• Promote quality standards, best practices, and quality metrics.

• Collaborate with Development, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Languages

• English – Advanced (80–95%)

Availability to travel to the USA on occasion
