SAP TM Functional Consultant

For a Scandinavian SAP consulting house recognized for designing, building, and maintaining business-critical SAP solutions for clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, logistics, energy, forestry, and defense we are seeking an experienced SAP TM Functional Consultant. The consultant will join a long-term project for a Nordic retail client and will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP TM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners to ensure efficient logistics processes and stable system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions in SAP TM.

Configure and optimize Transport Management processes (planning, execution, monitoring).

Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between SAP and external systems.

Support and enhance SAP Fiori applications related to logistics and transport processes.

Work with ABAP developers to define and review functional specifications.

Facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Perform testing, support go-live, and provide post-implementation support.

Prepare documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to client teams.

Requirements

>8 years of experience as a SAP Functional Consultant.

Strong expertise in SAP Transport Management (4+ projects).

Knowledge of SAP Fiori.

Experience with system integrations (interfaces, middleware, APIs).

Working knowledge of ABAP (ability to analyze/debug and collaborate with developers).

Ability to work remotely and independently in an international environment.

Readiness to travel at the start of the project if needed.

Fluent English communication skills.
