Must-haves

We are looking for an SAP BTP ABAP Cloud Developer to handle backend development activities in a modern SAP cloud project.

The role requires hands-on experience with ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS-based data modelling, OData services, Application Jobs, Communication Arrangements and Service Consumption Models.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, write clean and maintainable code, understand SAP BTP development constraints, and take part in DEV-QAS-PROD delivery lifecycle.

Experience with Fiori Elements is an advantage, but not necessary.

Nice-to-have

Experience in the following areas would be a strong advantage:

Unit testing and testable code design

SAP BTP IAM, business roles and business catalogs

Performance-aware CDS and ABAP development

Integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP C4C or other SAP cloud/on-premise systems

Basic understanding of Fiori Elements or SAPUI5

Fiori Elements backend enablement
