We are currently searching for a SAP Basis Administrator (Mid-Level): The Challenge (Responsibilities)

Manage and maintain SAP BASIS systems including installations, upgrades and patches, client copies, and system refreshes.

Monitor system performance and stability, actively troubleshooting technical issues.

Handle SAP User administration and security roles/authorizations.

Ensure compliance with security policies and SAP best practices.

Support database administration activities in coordination with DB teams.

Your Profile (Requirements)

5 to 7 years of experience acting as an SAP Basis.

High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.

Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants. Languages
