This resource will have expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing current reports based on user requirements.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead effort to design, develop, and optimize current reports based on user requirements</li> <li>Define the enterprise analytics strategy and roadmap</li> <li>Meet with the business users to qualify requirements for reports, create reports from scratch, and take existing reports and improve their performance</li> <li>Partner with senior business leaders (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations) to align analytics solutions with business goals</li> <li>Main point of contact for project budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning</li> <li>Manage delivery of analytics program, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality</li> <li>Lead and grow (manage) the analytics team, providing leadership, mentoring, and career development to junior team members</li> <li>Drive adoption of SAC and modern BI practices across the organization</li> <li>Establish governance, standards, and best practices for analytics development</li> <li>Oversee integration between SAP and non-SAP systems for holistic reporting</li> <li>Monitor SAP product roadmap (SAC, Datasphere, AI/ML) and introduce in the analytics portfolio</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of SAP Analytics Cloud Front-End development experience</li> <li>Deep understanding of SAP Analytics landscape (SAC, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics)</li> <li>Strong experience in analytics strategy, governance, and roadmap planning</li> <li>Experience managing remote analytics teams</li> <li>Project management expertise (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery)</li> <li>Knowledge of cross-platform BI integration (Power BI, Tableau, or non-SAP data)</li> <li>Experience with budgeting and resource allocation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud certification</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field</li> </ul> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)</li> <li>Eligible to obtain a Public Trust government clearance</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
