We are searching for <strong>Sanitation Technician</strong> team members who want to be part of a growing department that is critical to ensuring robust quality for the customers we serve.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Dismantle, clean, and reassemble production and cultivation equipment</li> <li>Use cleaning chemicals in proper concentrations according to company guidelines</li> <li>Properly label, store, and maintain sanitation chemicals</li> <li>Ensure PPE stations are adequately stocked</li> <li>Perform routine and deep cleaning of: <ul> <li>Production areas</li> <li>Cultivation areas</li> <li>Offices</li> <li>Restrooms</li> <li>Storage spaces</li> </ul> </li> <li>Operate and move <strong>heavy-duty industrial cleaning equipment</strong>, including: <ul> <li>Industrial floor scrubbers/cleaners</li> <li>Pressure washers</li> <li>Sanitation equipment weighing 100+ lbs</li> </ul> </li> <li>Move heavy equipment and furniture during cleaning procedures</li> <li>Maintain exterior areas and parking lots</li> <li>Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for pickup</li> <li>Respond to emergency cleaning and sanitation requests</li> <li>Ensure all rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked</li> <li>Perform additional duties as needed to support operational goals</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></h2> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Ability to take direction and work independently</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Experience in a GMP/manufacturing environment preferred but not required</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask</li> <li>Safety-focused mindset with commitment to following company procedures</li> <li>Willingness to work overtime, including short-notice requests</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Language Skills</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing</li> <li>Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Physical Demands</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and lifting</li> <li>Regularly lift up to <strong>50 lbs</strong></li> <li>Ability to push, pull, and maneuver <strong>industrial cleaning equipment weighing over 100 lbs</strong></li> <li>Ability to safely operate heavy-duty sanitation equipment in wet or fast-paced environments</li> <li>Exposure to moving mechanical equipment, airborne particles, fumes, and cleaning chemicals</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Work Environment</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Exposure to chemical fumes, herbal aromas, dust, and airborne particles</li> <li>Wet and humid working conditions</li> <li>PPE provided and required as needed, including masks, gloves, and protective gear</li> <li>Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and strong attention to safety and cleanliness</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Curaleaf Pay Transparency</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$16</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$16 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p…
