Salesforce Pod Lead (Admin/Dev)

About this role

Position: Salesforce Pod Lead (more of an Admin with light dev experience)Note: Must be ok to work 50/50 ration between Salesforce Admin and Development work

Responsibilities:

Manage a team, delegate tasks, ensure that the team is within project schedule, ensure completion of expected deliverables, able to handle and escalate issues

Design and develop dynamic, secure, high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform, for the healthcare industry.

Create Data Dictionaries

Generate application flow charts and technical documentation

Defining technical specifications to meet business requirements for custom applications

Function in an Agile, structured SDLC team environment

Perform unit and integration testing

Develop Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications

Qualifications:

Leadership, collaboration, and excellent communication skills (minimum 3 years of leadership experience)

Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge and experience (minimum 4 years of Salesforce Administration)

Salesforce development (minimum 1 year of experience with Apex)

SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)

Visualforce/ Lightning Components/ Aura Components

Proven experience in troubleshooting and solving complex logic problems

Desired knowledge on Platform Events

Okay to work 50/50 ratio between SF Administration and Development work

Ability to work US Daytime hours
