About this role

Company Overview:

Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody. Our two primary products – BlinkRx and Quick Save – remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.

BlinkRx is the world’s first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can’t afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn’t have the medication in stock.

We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!

BlinkRx is seeking a technically proficient Salesforce Developer with strong administrative capabilities to take on a high impact role within our Revenue Operations team, ensuring it scales alongside our rapidly growing pharma operations.

This role will own end-to-end Salesforce development and administration, including custom Apex/LWC customization to integrations, process automation, and platform governance to support evolving business needs. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, improve system performance, and ensure high data integrity, reporting accuracy, and platform security.

As a senior technical leader, you will play a critical role in aligning Salesforce capabilities with BlinkRx’s broader growth strategy - acting as both a hands-on builder and a strategic operator.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading Salesforce configuration and automation, including Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, validation rules, record types, layouts, and custom objects

• Designing and building custom Salesforce solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs)

• End-to-end user and license management, including roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules

• Managing and optimizing integrations across tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Data Cloud, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, and GTM automation tools, including REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware platforms

• Designing scalable, intuitive user experiences (e.g., screen flows) to streamline workflows and automate key processes like opportunity progression

• Building and enforcing data models and stage gates to enable accurate reporting on metrics such as conversion rates, stage duration, and average order value

• Driving data quality and governance, implementing rules and automation to maintain clean, reliable data

• Owning the Salesforce platform roadmap, including prioritization and stakeholder alignment

• Proactive system maintenance (Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Optimizer)

• Providing end-user support and resolving tickets efficiently

• Leading user onboarding and ongoing training to drive adoption

A Successful Applicant Will Have

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer or similar role

• Strong understanding of data modeling (ERDs) and how it supports cross-object reporting in Salesforce and BI tools (e.g., Tableau)

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and its application within a B2B data model

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (II) or Advanced Administrator certification strongly preferred

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate across all levels of the organization

• Familiarity with sales and marketing workflows and go-to-market processes

• A curious, proactive mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve

• A customer-obsessed approach, focused on improving both internal and external user experiences

What Makes This Role Unique

• You’ll have ownership over a core revenue system, not just a support function

• You’ll help shape how Salesforce scales alongside a fast-growing business

You’ll work at the intersection of data, operations, and AI-enabled workflows
