As Salesforce Consultant, you will have the fllowing responsibilities:

* Partner with Belgian and international organisations to analyse business challenges across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. * Translate business needs into effective CRM solutions, supporting clients throughout their digital transformation journey. * Lead or own specific workstreams while collaborating closely with functional and technical consultants to ensure successful project delivery. * Participate in all phases of CRM implementation projects, including business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post go-live support. * Contribute to business development initiatives by supporting client proposals, presentations and commercial opportunities. * Work within cross-functional teams in an agile project environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
