The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the Salesforce environment accordingly, and ensure the platform effectively supports business operations.</p> <h3 class="" data-start="1765" data-end="1803"><strong data-start="1769" data-end="1801">Experience & Skills Required</strong></h3> <h4 class="" data-start="1839" data-end="1871"><strong data-start="1844" data-end="1869">Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce</li> <li>Configure standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules</li> <li>Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making</li> <li>Administer user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data visibility</li> <li>Manage sandbox environments, support data imports/exports, and assist with data quality initiatives</li> <li>Monitor platform performance and proactively identify areas for improvement</li> <li>Support end-users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting</li> <li>Collaborate with developers and external vendors to support integration and enhancement efforts</li> <li>Ensure configurations and changes align with best practices and comply with governance policies</li> </ul> <h4 class="" data-start="1839" data-end="1871"><strong data-start="1844" data-end="1869">Requirements:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator</li> <li>Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification required</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)</li> <li>Experience creating workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and automation tools</li> <li>Ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards for various business functions</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Experience supporting end-user training, adoption, and platform governance</li> <li>Familiarity with data management tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard</li> <li>Understanding of platform security and sharing models</li> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree or above</li> </ul> <h4 class="" data-start="1839" data-end="1871"><strong data-start="1844" data-end="1869">Certifications:</strong></h4> <ul> <li style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"><em><strong>Required: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)</strong></em></li> <li>Preferred: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or any Consultant-level certifications</li> </ul> <h4 class="" data-start="1839" data-end="1871"><strong data-start="1844" data-end="1869">Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Experience in public sector or compliance-driven environments</li> <li>Knowledge of declarative tools such as Flow, Assignment Rules, and Omni-Channel Routing</li> <li>Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce integration principles</li> <li>Experience with change management, release planning, or DevOps tools for Salesforce</li> </ul> <p class="" data-start="2843" data-end="2972">If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your career while working on meaningful projects, we would love to hear from you!</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span…
