ABOUT THE PROGRAM
We are looking for talented, ambitious, and hard-working final-year students, graduates, or anyone with little or no work experience who wants to start or redirect their career in Salesforce. The Salesforce Academy is entirely remote and guided by dedicated mentors. You will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and take the first step toward a career in Salesforce.
The program is based on self-paced learning under the supervision of a mentor, using online learning platforms. Every candidate who successfully completes the training will have the opportunity to take the Salesforce Administrator Certification Exam, with ECHO covering the exam costs.
The most successful candidates from the program will be offered a full-time position at ECHO. Our goal is to help candidates start their Salesforce journey and prepare them for a future career with us.
General Information

Position after the program: Salesforce System Administrator

Location: BiH, remote

Area of interest: IT, Administration, Consulting, Development

Start: September 1st

Duration of the program: 2 months

Applications are open until August 25th. To keep the process moving quickly, we'll be interviewing candidates on a rolling basis starting August 5th. Everyone who applies can expect a response by August 27th."
KEY REQUIREMENTS

Educational background in IT/Computer Science (final-year students close to graduation also welcome, as long as you're not a full-time student with mandatory class attendance).

Intermediate level of written and verbal English — you don't need to sound like Shakespeare, but you should be comfortable in meetings and emails.

Genuine desire to learn Salesforce — no prior experience needed, just curiosity and motivation and a healthy relationship with Google and AI tools.

Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills- bonus points if you've never said "I'll do it tomorrow".

Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina .
